Aurizon Holdings Discloses Latest Recipients of Community Giving Fund Across Five States

Aurizon Holdings (ASX:AZJ) disclosed the latest recipients of its Community Giving Fund as it invests in projects delivering practical benefits across regional communities in Queensland, Western Australia, the Northern Territory, New South Wales and South Australia, according to a Wednesday statement.

The company said funding will support initiatives across environment, education, health and wellbeing, and community safety.

The fund distributes grants of up to AU$20,000 on a bi-annual basis, the statement added.

The company's shares fell almost 1% in recent Wednesday trade.
