Atomic Eagle (ASX:AEU) appointed Grant Davey as non-executive chair, succeeding Govind Friedland, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
Davey currently serves as a non-executive director of Frontier Energy (ASX:FHE) and Earths Energy (ASX:EE1), per the filing.
Friedland will transition from chairman to non-executive director, following Davey's appointment, the filing added.
Atomic Eagle's shares fell around 9% in recent Monday trade.
