Atlas Arteria (ASX:ALX) said Chicago Skyway has refinanced its bank facilities, securing a $129.1 million term loan, a $61.6 million capital expenditure facility and a $50.2 million revolving credit facility, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The company owns a nearly 67% interest in the Chicago Skyway, per the filing.
The three-year facilities replace the existing debt, with no proceeds distributed from Chicago Skyway, and financial close was achieved on Thursday, the filing added.
