The deal also includes a pledge from Iran to reopen the Strait of Hormuz within 30 days, among other points, Mehr reported, according to CNBC.Crude oil futures slumped, with front-month global benchmark North Sea Brent sliding 3.8% to $84.38 per barrel and US West Texas Intermediate lower by 3.9% to $86.87 per barrel.Most US Treasury yields rose, with the 10-year up 1.8 basis points to 4.48% and the two-year climbing 1.1 basis points to 4.08%.
