Asustek Computer (TPE:2357) has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Guandu Hospital to deploy a carbon data management platform to boost the healthcare service provider's digital transformation, according to a company statement on Friday.
ASUS's shares were down nearly 2% in Monday's trade.
Under the pact, ASUS has developed a systematic carbon management model for Guandu Hospital by integrating a solution that combines a system platform, AI-enabled applications, and technical consultants.
Both companies plan to deepen their cooperation in smart and sustainable healthcare and jointly promote the implementation of low-carbon healthcare models in the medical field, the statement said.
