Astaka (SGX:42S) established a new company named SOL Tech in Singapore, according to a Monday bourse filing.
The new subsidiary is part of the company's entry into a new business segment, with the subsidiary focused on marketing, sales, trading and distribution of the sterilization LED products.
The incorporation was carried out via internal resources, the filing said.
