Aspial Lifestyle (SGX:5UF) completed the listing of 61.7 million shares issued under its preferential offering on June 16, according to a same-day filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The shares were issued at SG$0.402 apiece, bringing the luxury retail company's total shares to 2.06 billion.
