Asiamedic (SGX:505) completed the subscription of 5 million new shares at SG$0.0153 each on Wednesday, raising SG$76,500, according to a Wednesday Singapore Exchange filing.
The new shares are expected to be listed and quoted on the Catalist board on or about Sept. 25.
Following the allotment, AsiaMedic's total issued shares increased to 1.163 billion from 1.158 billion.
