Asia Cement's (TPE:1102) subsidiary, YaTung Ready Mixed Concrete, agreed to acquire land and buildings in Tanzi District, Taichung City for NT$643 million, according to a Tuesday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.
The property covers an area of 4,399 square meters and will be acquired from Reshing.
The property acquisition is intended for operation and production purposes.
