ASE Technology (TPE:3711) unit ASE Test acquired machinery and equipment from Advantest Taiwan worth NT$6.22 billion.
The purchases were made between March 18 and July 27, according to a Monday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The machinery will be used for production and operations, it said.
