ASE Technology (TPE:3711) unit Advanced Semiconductor Engineering acquired facilities for operations worth about NT$369.5 million from AIRCARE Engineering, according to Friday Taiwan Exchange filing.
ASE's shares jumped 10% Monday afternoon in Taiwan.
The transaction took place between May 15 and May 22, the company said.
