ASE Technology's (TPE:3711) packaging and testing unit Siliconware Precision Industries awarded facility engineering contracts worth NT$513.7 million to Chung Yuang Electrical Consulting.
The contracts were signed between July 8 and July 10, and will run through Dec. 31, 2028, according to a Friday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The deals are intended to support Siliconware Precision Industries' production and operational requirements, it said.
