ASE Technology (TPE:3711) subsidiary, Advanced Semiconductor Engineering acquired a batch of machinery and equipment for operation from Mirle Automation for NT$1.02 billion, according to a Thursday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.
The purchase was made for the chip assembly and testing services provider's production and operational needs.
