Ascent Development (TPE:1439) intends to dispose of 3 million shares in Hashin Shopping Plaza for NT$480 million, according to a Tuesday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.
The wool products maker will sell the shares to Han Shin Asset Management at NT$160 per share.
The disposal will allow the company to replenish its working capital and focus on core business operations.

Viva Goods (HKG:0933) has purchased 29.6 million shares of Chinese sportswear giant Li Ning (HKG:2331) for HK$398.4 million as an investment, according to a Tuesday bourse filing.The company said it bought the shares through open market transactions at an average price of HK$13.45 apiece.Following the transaction, Viva's stakeholding in Li Ning rose to 16.9%, with ownership of 437.2 million shares.
