Asahi Group Holdings (TYO:2502) posted an attributable profit of 21.4 billion yen for the first quarter of 2026, largely unchanged from 21.5 billion yen a year earlier.
The beverage company's earnings per share increased to 14.64 yen from 14.32 yen a year ago, according to a Tokyo Stock Exchange filing on Friday.
Sales grew 2.6% to 647.1 billion yen from 630.4 billion yen in the year-ago period.
For the year ending Dec. 31, the company forecasts an attributable profit of 194 billion yen, basic EPS of 129.71 yen, and sales of 3.2 trillion yen.
The company plans to pay a second-quarter dividend of 26 yen per share.
