Arthur J. Gallagher Adds McKee Risk Management to RPS Division

Arthur J. Gallagher's (AJG) US wholesale brokerage and programs division Risk Placement Services has acquired McKee Risk Management, the company said Wednesday.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition strengthens RPS's program administration capabilities and expands its underwriting expertise within its existing platform, the company said.

McKee Risk Management provides underwriting, policy administration, claims coordination and risk management services across construction, public entity and property programs, Arthur J. Gallagher said.

Keysight Technologies (KEYS) reported fiscal Q2 non-GAAP net income late Tuesday of $2.87 per diluted share, up from $1.70 a year earlier.Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.32.Revenue for quarter ended April 30 rose to $1.72 billion from $1.31 billion a year earlier.Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.71 billion.The company expects fiscal Q3 non-GAAP EPS of $2.43 to $2.49 on revenue of $1.73 billion to $1.75 billion.
