Arteris (AIP) said Thursday it appointed Saurabh Sinha chief financial officer, effective Sept. 8.
He succeeds Nick Hawkins, who is retiring after seven years with the company. Hawkins will remain in an advisory role to support the leadership transition.
Sinha has served as Aeva Technologies' (AEVA) chief financial officer since September 2020.
Shares of Arteris rose nearly 3% in Thursday trading.
