Arteris, IC-Link by Imec Team Up to Accelerate AI, HPC Chip Development

Arteris (AIP) said Wednesday it is collaborating with IC-Link by imec to accelerate and simplify the development of next-generation artificial intelligence and high-performance computing chiplets and application-specific integrated circuits.

Financial details weren't disclosed.

Under the collaboration, IC-Link by imec will deploy Arteris' network-on-chip intellectual property as part of its ASIC and silicon photonics design services. The technology is intended to streamline chip integration and support the development of custom silicon for AI and HPC applications, Arteris said.
