Arrow Minerals Confirms Compliance with ASX Listing Rules

Arrow Minerals (ASX:AMD) confirmed that it complied with the ASX's listing rules and said it was not aware of any information that could explain the recent trading in its securities, in response to a letter from ASX, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

In a letter on Thursday, ASX pointed to an increase in the price of and a significant increase in the volume of securities traded in Arrow Minerals.

The firm said that it does not consider the preliminary talks it disclosed regarding the potential acquisitions of two exploration projects in the Pilbara region of Western Australia to be material to it, either individually or in aggregate.

It added that the recent trading in its securities may be the result of a number of positive developments over the last few months, including the acquisition of Yarraloola copper and Leeuwin Pilbara projects as well as its recent entry into the iron ore sector in the Pilbara region.

Liquidators Issue Final Notice to Creditors for ST Group Units' Dissolution

ST Group Food (SGX:DRX) said liquidators have issued their final notice and report to the creditors for the liquidation of GCTea 2B and GCTea 2A, according to a Wednesday filing to the Singapore stock exchange.The liquidators also plan to file the 'Notice of Final Account' before the dissolution.Last year, the company decided to liquidate GCTea 2B and GCTea 2A as part of its strategic plans to exit from the Gong Cha Brand in the United Kingdom.
