Arrow Exploration (AXL.L) said Friday it acquired an oil-producing property in Alberta, Canada, from a private company for CA$12.2 million.
The property in Thorsby produces 550 barrels of oil equivalent per day, and generated CA$2 million of operating income in the last 12 months.
The oil and gas company used existing cash reserves for the purchase.
