Argosy Minerals Extends Closing Date for Share Purchase Plan

Argosy Minerals (ASX:AGY) extended the closing date for its share purchase plan to Oct. 2 from Sept. 22, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The extension was made to provide eligible shareholders with additional time to participate in the share purchase plan, the filing said.

Eligible shareholders may apply for up to AU$30,000 of new shares in the company at AU$0.036 apiece without incurring any brokerage, and will be offered the opportunity to apply for one attaching option for every two shares issued, exercisable at AU$0.054 per option with an expiry period of two years, subject to shareholder approval, per the filing.
