Arcplus' (SHA:600629) unit, East China Architectural Design & Research Institute, entered into a 138 million yuan engineering design contract for the Beijing Daxing Digital Logistics Center project, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Saturday.
The Chinese architecture services provider's shares rose 3% at the close of Monday's trade.
The contract was signed with Jingcheng Grain & Oil (Beijing).
The project is designed to have a total gross floor area of approximately 3 million square meters.
