-- Apollo Pipes (NSE:APOLLOPIPE, BOM:531761) posted a consolidated net loss of 11.2 million Indian rupees in the fiscal fourth quarter, compared with a net profit of 940,000 rupees a year ago, according to an Indian bourse filing on Thursday.
Loss per share for the quarter ended March 31 stood at 0.03 rupees, compared with earnings per share of 2.24 rupees a year earlier.
The pipe manufacturer's revenue from operations rose year on year to 3.47 billion rupees from 3.15 billion rupees, the filing said.
Apollo Pipes' board recommended a final dividend of 0.70 rupees per share for fiscal year ended March 31.
Shares of the company fell over 3% in Friday's trade.
