APi Closes WTech Acquisition, Raises 2026 Guidance

APi Group (APG) said Thursday it closed its acquisition of WTech Fire Group, a provider of fire sprinkler, suppression and detection solutions across Europe.

The acquisition adds fire sprinkler and suppression capabilities to APi's international business.

APi said WTech is expected to contribute about $175 million in annual revenue, with a margin profile consistent with the company's international business.

The company raised its full-year 2026 net revenue outlook to reflect WTech's expected contribution for the remainder of the year. It now expects net revenue of $8.66 billion to $8.86 billion, up from its prior forecast of $8.575 billion to $8.775 billion.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $8.70 billion.
