Apex Equity (KLSE:APEX) unit Apex Development completed the acquisition of a boutique building in Bangsar South City after fulfilling all conditions precedent tied to the deal, according to a Monday Malaysian bourse filing.

Shares jumped over 5% in Tuesday's midday trade.

The company had agreed to buy the property from Noah Foundation for 50 million ringgit in December 2024.
