Aon (AON) has launched a new platform offering up to $200 million in dedicated insurance capacity for transactional risks, the company said Monday.
The Sidecar X platform covers representation and warranties and tax insurance products, using pre-agreed underwriting and claims frameworks to provide a 10% premium discount, Aon said.
Sidecar X is available to Aon clients in the US, Canada, UK, EEA and Asia, the company said.
