Anza Power has bought two New Zealand solar farms, the 110 megawatt Karioi and 95 MW Ongaonga projects, from Helios Energy, which Anza said were consented and construction-ready and would supply solar capacity to Ruapehy and Hawke's Bay, according to its post on Linkedin.
The projects will jointly generate 411,400 MWh of power annually, the statement said. Anza Power said the acquisition adds to its New Zealand pipeline, joining its Somerton Solar Farm in Canterbury. The price of the purchase was not disclosed.
