The AI enterprise services firm backed by Blackstone (BX), Amazon-backed (AMZN) Anthropic, Hellman & Friedman and others said Thursday it has acquired Fractional AI, a San Francisco-based AI services company.
Financial details of the acquisition were not provided.
Fractional AI's team and capabilities will be the founding operational centerpiece of the new and still unnamed company, according to a statement.
