-- Anson Resources (ASX:ASN) said that its US subsidiary, Al Lithium, has been admitted to the US Defense Industrial Base Consortium (DIBC), a Department of War-supported initiative aimed at strengthening collaboration between government and industry on critical minerals and battery supply chain resilience, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The company gains enhanced access to US agencies such as the Department of Energy and the Department of War through its DIBC membership, supporting funding and partnership efforts for its Green River lithium project in Utah, per the filing.
The company also received positive feedback on its Yellow Cat vanadium-uranium project, earning a "Met" rating that confirms technical feasibility and eligibility for further consideration under US critical minerals programs, with potential access to future funding, the filing added.
The company's shares rose 4% in recent Monday trade.
