Anson Resources Upgrades Mineral Resource Interpretation for Utah Project by 650%; Shares Down 4%

Anson Resources (ASX:ASN) completed an upgrade to the maiden mineral resource interpretation by 650% on the Mississippian Leadville Limestone at its Green River lithium project in Utah, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

Indicated resource came in at 183,000 tonnes of lithium carbonate, rocketing 863%, while inferred resource stood at 590,000 tonnes of lithium carbonate, jumping 602%, the filing said.

The company added that there was potential to further increase because the Mississippian Unit was not been completely drilled thorough.

Anson Resources' shares were down by about 4% in recent Monday trade.
