Anker Innovations (HKG:0668, SHE:300866) said the over-allotment option of its Hong Kong initial public offering was partially exercised on Sunday, according to a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing.
The consumer electronics company expects to raise about HK$337.9 million in additional net proceeds.
The exercise involved the issue of 3.44 million additional H-shares at HK$99.32 each, representing about 7.4% of the total offer shares available under the global offering.
Dealings in the over-allotment shares are expected to begin on July 29, the filing said.
