Anhui Yuanchen Environmental Protection Science & Technology (SHA:688659) established a wholly-owned subsidiary in China's Anhui Province with a registered capital of 20 million yuan.

Anhui Antan Liangxin Technology will focus on artificial intelligence environmental protection island technology development, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

Shares of the industrial pollution and treatment controls company were down 1% Friday.
