Lisi Xingling, an investment fund backed by Chinese travel products manufacturer Anhui Korrun's (SHE:300577) wholly-owned subsidiary Ningbo Purun, completed its private fund registration with the Asset Management Association of China, according to a Thursday release.
The fund's general partner, Tianjin Lisimingtang Enterprise Management Consulting Partnership, notified Ningbo Purun that the private investment fund filing certificate had been obtained.
Lisi Xingling holds total paid-in capital of 2.90 billion yuan, with Ningbo Purun contributing 40 million yuan to secure a 1.38% stake.
With the registration finalized, the partnership is fully authorized to operate under China's regulatory framework for private investment funds.
