Anhui Jinyan Kaolin New Materials (HKG:2693) raised the annual caps for services and coal and materials purchases from Huaibei Mining Group and its associates.
The cap for services procurement was raised to 8 million yuan from 3 million yuan for 2026 and to 12 million yuan from 3 million yuan for 2027, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing. The cap for coal and auxiliary materials procurement was increased to 6.5 million yuan from 3.5 million yuan for 2026 and to 10 million yuan from 4 million yuan for 2027.
The higher caps are intended to cover the company's increased requirements for equipment inspection, onsite examination, design and maintenance services, as well as coal and production materials.
Shares of the China-based coal-series kaolin company rose nearly 1% in recent trade.
