The bond has a coupon rate of 1.68% and a term of two years, maturing July 30, 2028.
Bank of Bohai is the lead underwriter of the issuance.
The Chinese medical devices company's shares jumped 10% at the close.
China Longyuan Power (SHE:001289, HKG:0916) raised 1.6 billion yuan via the issue of two tranches of 240-day bonds carrying a coupon rate of 1.40%.Each tranche raised 800 million yuan, with the proceeds earmarked for working capital and debt repayment, according to a Friday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.Shares of the power company were down 1% in recent trade on the Shenzhen bourse.
