Andersen Group Reports Acquisitions in Mexico, US

Andersen Group (ANDG) said Monday it is acquiring Andersen Mexico along with five US-based Andersen Consulting firms, including Clareon, BD Emerson, and Daniels Consulting Group.

The acquisitions will strengthen its integrated professional services platform and expand Andersen Consulting, the company said.

The transactions are expected to contribute about $34.5 million in annualized revenue, it said. It expects to close the deals in Q4.

Shares were over 2% lower in afternoon trading.

Top Cryptocurrencies Rise; Bitcoin Holds Above $64,000

Major digital assets rose Friday with Bitcoin (BTC-USD) still holding above $64,000.The CoinDesk Market Index, which tracks dozens of digital assets including Bitcoin, rose 0.3% in the past 24 hours. Celestica Completes $3.45 Billion Equity Offering
