Andersen Group Closes $216.8 Million Share Offering by Selling Stockholders

Andersen Group (ANDG) said on Friday it closed an underwritten public offering of 4,927,125 shares of Class A common stock by certain selling stockholders.

The offering included the full exercise of underwriters' option to purchase an additional 642,668 shares, at a public offering price of $44.00 per share.

Gross proceeds to the selling stockholders were approximately $216.8 million, before underwriting discounts and expenses, the company said.

Andersen said it did not sell any shares and did not receive any proceeds from the offering.
