AMS Advanced Material (KLSE:AMS) acquired the remaining 10% stake in its unit AMS Aluprecision for 550,000 ringgit in cash from director Chew Soon Yuan, according to a Wednesday Bursa Malaysia filing.
Following the acquisition, AMSB will own 100% of AMS Aluprecision.
The acquisition was funded through internal funds, it said.
