Amorepacific Disposes of 33,949 Treasury Shares for KRW3.94 Billion

Beauty and cosmetics company Amorepacific (KRX:090430) disposed of 33,949 treasury shares for a total of 3.94 billion won, according to a Tuesday filing with the Korea Exchange.

The share disposal included selling 28,317 common shares for 3.68 billion won on Aug. 3, and 5,632 shares for 254.8 million won on Tuesday. The shares were disposed of to employees and executives via Mirae Asset Securities (KRX:006800) and NH Investment & Securities (KRX:005940), respectively.

Shares of Amorepacific added over 2%, while those of Mirae Asset Securities added 3%. Shares of NH Investment & Securities increased nearly 3% at market close.
