Ametek (AME) said Tuesday that it has completed its acquisition of aerospace company First Aviation Services.
The company said First Aviation Services will be folded into its Electromechanical Group.
First Aviation Services takes in $80 million in annual revenue and operates six centers in the US, Ametek said.
