American Tungsten & Antimony Taps Finland Firm for Scoping Study; Shares Up 4%

American Tungsten & Antimony (ASX:AT4) engaged Metso Finland to complete a front-end loading stage one scoping study for an ammonium paratungstate (APT) production circuit at the Del Sol Refinery in Nevada, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The study will assess an APT circuit within the permitted facility as an alternative to a standalone greenfield tungsten processing plant, the filing said.

The refinery is the subject of the share sale and purchase agreement disclosed by the company in July.

The acquisition has not yet completed, per the filing.

American Tungsten & Antimony shares rose 4% in morning trade Tuesday.
