American Resources (AREC) said Friday that its board has declared a special cash dividend of 4.31 cents per share, payable on Aug. 25 to shareholders of record as of Aug. 15.
The company said the dividend reflects its strong financial position, disciplined capital allocation strategy and confidence in its growth outlook.
Chairman and CEO Mark Jensen said the board believes American Resources remains undervalued despite its cash position, strategic investments and critical minerals portfolio.
Air Liquide (AI.PA) earmarked over $150 million for an industrial gas production facility in the US state of Idaho.The French industrial gases company said Thursday it will build and operate the new facility to support the expansion of an unnamed partner semiconductor memory chip company.The planned facility will produce nitrogen, oxygen, and argon, with operations to commence in 2028.
