American Rare Earths (ASX:ARR) appointed Nick Lissolo as chief commercial officer, effective immediately, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Lissolo joined the company in March as vice president of corporate development and strategy, and is now being elevated to the senior executive team, per the filing.
