Amer Sports' (AS) updated Q3 guidance and long-term financial targets reinforce the company's growth trajectory, with the higher near-term outlook supporting fiscal 2026 estimates, UBS Securities said in a Wednesday note.
Management now expects Q3 revenue growth of 20% to 22%, up from 18% to 20%. UBS estimates Q3 earnings per share of $0.34 to $0.36 versus the $0.33 consensus and said the Street's $1.29 fiscal 2026 EPS estimate could rise by $0.01 to $0.03.
For the long term, Amer targets low-double-digit to mid-teens revenue growth for at least five years after fiscal 2026, with fiscal 2031 EPS of about $3.25, plus or minus $0.50. UBS forecasts fiscal 2026 revenue of $8.19 billion and EPS of $1.30, the report said.
The bank noted that the higher Q3 outlook strengthens Amer's long-term financial outlook, while the company also raised growth expectations for its Outdoor Performance and Ball & Racquet segments.
UBS maintained its buy rating on the stock with a price target of $62.
Amer Sports shares were down 2.1% in Thursday trading.
