Amdocs, Telefonica Chile Enter Multi-Year Managed Services Agreement

Amdocs (DOX) said Wednesday it entered a multi-year managed services agreement with Telefonica Chile and Telefonica Moviles Chile, companies operated by Millicom in Chile.

Under the agreement, Millicom's operations in Chile will utilize Amdocs' full-stack business and operations support systems, supported by AI-driven application management, operations services and software factory expertise.

The capabilities will accelerate the delivery of enhancements, new functionality and change requests, streamline Millicom's technology operations and help it respond faster to evolving business and customer needs, the company added.

Shares of Amdocs rose 3.5% in Wednesday trading.
