Amcor (ASX:AMC) logged $1.23 in non-GAAP earnings per share for the fiscal fourth quarter, compared with $1 a year ago, a late Wednesday statement showed.
For the three months ended June 30, net sales was $6.4 billion versus $5.08 billion previously, the Australia-listed global packaging company added.
The board declared a quarterly dividend of $0.65 per share, up from $0.6375 a year earlier, payable Sept. 24 to shareholders on record as of Sept. 4.
The company expects non-GAAP earnings of around $1.80 to $1.90 for the six-month transition period from July 1 through December 31.
