AMC Robotics Signs Deal to Lease Manufacturing Facility in Vietnam

AMC Robotics (AMCI) said Wednesday that it has signed an agreement to lease a 6,150-square-meter manufacturing facility in Bac Ninh, Vietnam.

The facility, operated by AMC Robotics' AMCV Vietnamese unit, will focus on production of the NovaArm robotic arm, in the first phase of operations, the company said.

The company said it expects to complete the facility's buildout and production line commissioning, with initial production targeted for the second half of this year.

AMC Robotics said it expects to invest about $3.5 million in the build-out and equipping of the facility through the first phase.
