Amazon Introduces New Agentic AI Capabilities for Seller Assistant

Amazon (AMZN) Wednesday introduced new agentic capabilities for its Seller Assistant, allowing the tool to provide personalized recommendations on topics such as inventory management and pricing based on persistent memory of each seller's business.

The new Seller Assistant features custom automations that run continuously to monitor conditions, interpret changes and respond, even when the seller is not logged in to Seller Central.

The new capabilities also include prebuilt templates that monitor account health, summarize orders, analyze pricing trends and identify product expansion opportunities.

Amazon also introduced a new selling partner plugin that brings Seller Assistant's intelligence to Amazon Quick and, in beta, Anthropic's Claude.

The plugin is available in beta to sellers in Amazon's US stores, Amazon said.

KB Home Fiscal Q3 Earnings, Revenue Decline

Spire Global Wins $33.2 Million NOAA Contract for Satellite Weather Data

Spire Global (SPIR) won a $33.2 million contract from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration to deliver global navigation satellite system radio occultation data to enhance weather forecasting.The data will feed NOAA's prediction models and support weather forecasting, space weather applications, and research by scientific organizations, Spire said Tuesday in a statement.The two-year contract, which starts Dec. 1, includes additional unfunded surge-buy options that may raise the total value to $66 million if fully exercised, the company said.Spire shares rose 2.2% in after-hours trading.
