Amanat Acquisition (AMAN) shares rose 1.7% in their Nasdaq Capital Market debut on Tuesday.
The stock opened at $10.15 per share, compared with the initial public offering price of $10 per share.
The special purpose acquisition company priced its IPO of 7.5 million Class A ordinary shares earlier Tuesday. The sole underwriter was given a 45-day option to buy an additional 1.1 million shares to cover over-allotments.
The offering is scheduled to close on Wednesday, according to the statement.
