Amaero International (ASX:3DA) completed the commissioning of the third advanced electrode induction melting inert gas atomizer ahead of schedule at its Tennessee manufacturing facility, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
One of the atomizers is dedicated to refractory alloys, while the remaining two are dedicated to titanium alloys, the filing said. The company now has annual production capacity of around 200 tonnes for refractory alloys and around 480 tonnes for titanium alloys.
It expects to resume titanium powder production in July.
Amaero is also eyeing a potential initial public offering and listing in the US in late 2026 or early 2027, subject to equity capital market conditions.
